Deep meaningful PAIN!
Had Taekwondo last night. It was really good. Did a bit of circuit training thing, then moved on to some moves. A couple were builing on what we did on Tuesday, but then we did some different self-defense type moves. Really really haiving fun with that. Should be getting my Gi (no idea on the spelling... sorry) on Tuesday.
Anyway, woke up this morning thinking "oh god, do my muscles ACHE!" And then had to walk up a hill to walk down a hill to get the bus. But it was ok, as my first lecture was on the ground floor. OK, so it was in the part of the building i had never been in before and had no idea where i was going... but it was on the ground floor.
After lunch, had 2 lectres in the Warwick lecture theatre. It's this really really huge lecture room on the 6th floor. And we need it. And an overflow room. But only in the lectures that also have the pharacology and combined honors students. Anyway, I'm standing with some classmates on the ground floor, looking round at all the other people who are going to get the lift up. And i'm thinking 'by the time we actally get a lift for us to fit into, we might as well have walked up the stairs.' So i walk up the 6 floors of stairs. Now for a comparison... think of walking up to the top floor of B block... 3 times. By the 3rd floor i was thinking 'bad idea. Really really Dumbass idea here. What the hell are you doing?!'
But i made it. And then after 2 hours came out thinking 'ow! Ow! Ow! Really really really really Stupid Dumbass idea! Deep meaningful pain here. Let's walk down the 6 storeys.' But hey, what with walking up and down a hill to the bus stop each time i need it, and with taekwondo, and all the walking around, i should get my legs fit in no time! Here's to hoping anyway!

leg strength should help with the whole Taekwondo thing though.
